Cove Events · Party planning

Plan the moment. Prepare the space.

Planning a birthday or gender reveal? These guides will help you choose a setup, check your space and work out what you need.

Planning a gender reveal

Start with where you want to celebrate and whether you prefer powder or confetti. Then think about any backdrop or styling, when you would like the countdown and who will send us the colour if you want to keep it a surprise.

See our TNT gender reveal hire for equipment options starting from $680 AUD, with delivery and any styling quoted separately.

Planning an inflatable nightclub party

Think about guest numbers, where you want the dance space and whether you need a speaker and lighting package. Measure your space first so you know what will fit.

Ready for a quote?

Start with your date, suburb and the setup you have in mind. If you already have photos of the space or know the venue rules, include those too. The nightclub speaker and lighting package starts from $650 AUD, with delivery quoted separately.

Browse Cove's event gallery for ideas, or compare the hire prices. We will check availability and your setup details when preparing your quote. Read the reveal terms or nightclub terms before confirming.
