Structure hire

Already have sound and lighting sorted? Hire the structure on its own and let us know what equipment you plan to bring so we can work out the layout together.

Sound and lighting package

Our package brings the tent, a Bluetooth speaker, party lights and a smoke machine together. Play your own music, or ask about adding a DJ with upgraded sound.

The speaker and lighting package starts from $650 AUD. We quote delivery and any extras for your location, hire period and setup. Compare the nightclub hire packages to choose what you need.

Will an inflatable nightclub fit your backyard?

The tent itself measures approximately 10 × 6 metres. You also need space around it for anchoring, the blower and clear entrances and exits. Send us a few photos and measurements so we can check the space before you book.

It can accommodate around 50–75 guests, depending on the layout and equipment inside. Tell us your guest numbers and use the setup checklist to see what space and access we need.

Plan the birthday around the dance space

  1. Choose your date and guest list. Let us know when the party starts and finishes, and when we can get in to set up and collect.
  2. Sketch your layout. Leave room for food, seating and people moving around. Keep the nightclub entrance clear.
  3. Arrange your music. Choose your own playlist or a DJ, then pick the sound and lighting package to match.
  4. Share the site details. Tell us about the surface, power access, slopes, gates and any venue restrictions.
  5. Confirm the quote. Check delivery, hire duration, package inclusions and the hire terms.

Music, neighbours and venue rules

Let nearby neighbours know about your party. Point speakers away from their homes, keep the bass down and plan to lower the music as the evening goes on. The tent does not soundproof your music.

18th and 21st birthday party hire

For an 18th birthday on the Sunshine Coast or a 21st in Brisbane, start with the guest list and the space you can actually use. Allow room outside the nightclub for food, seating and people arriving; the dance space is only one part of the party.

Choose the structure on its own or a sound and lighting package. If you want a DJ, include the playing times and music preferences in your enquiry. Compare the nightclub packages and ask for a quote that separates equipment, DJ time and delivery. Food, drinks and guest supervision remain part of your own event planning.

What else do I need to organise?

Plan food, furniture and decorations separately. Sound, lighting and any DJ booking depend on the package you choose, and your quote will list what is included.
