Inflatable Nightclub Terms and Conditions

Securing your date requires a $200 bond payment to lock in your chosen time slot and inflatable nightclub allocation. This bond will be returned upon pickup and pack down provided nothing is damaged or missing.

The remaining balance for your nightclub hire package MUST be paid in full strictly the day before the event takes place. Having the balance finalized prior to arrival ensures our team can focus entirely on delivering a pristine setup on site without any payment delays or distractions on your special day.

We monitor local forecasts closely in the days leading up to your event across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Inflatable structures and outdoor setups have strict wind and weather safety thresholds.

If weather conditions turn unfavorable or severe weather warnings are issued, bookings are fully transferable to a new date if safety cannot be guaranteed. Cove Events holds no financial liability for event cancellations driven by severe weather warnings or acts of nature, but we will always work closely with you to reschedule.

Clients are entirely responsible for ensuring clear vehicle access to the setup location for unloading heavy equipment, weights, and inflatable nightclub components. Inflatable structures require appropriate ground surfaces, such as grass allowing secure pegging or approved weighting systems for hard surfaces, and clients must disclose any underground utilities or irrigation systems prior to installation.

Furthermore, our high output blowers, internal lighting, and audio systems require reliable power access. If standard power access is not available on site, please let us know beforehand so our team can bring generators and appropriate cabling.

While we acknowledge and commit that we make the inflatable nightclub setup and equipment operation as safe as physically possible, inflatable structures and high output audio gear carry inherent event risks and must be treated with care. Smoking, open flames, silly string, high heels, sharp objects, food, and drinks are strictly prohibited inside or near the inflatable nightclub to prevent permanent damage or staining.

All structural elements, blowers, internal lighting, and professional audio equipment are operated or managed exclusively by trained Cove Events staff to maintain strict safety protocols.

No equipment, lighting rigs, audio components, or furnishings supplied within the inflatable nightclub package are permitted to leave the nightclub structure or be relocated from the exact positions established by our setup team. Unauthorized movement, tampering, or repositioning of gear by guests or event staff increases the risk of damage or electrical hazards and is strictly prohibited.

We take comprehensive photos and videos of everything set up in complete working order before we leave you with the gear to establish its initial state. Clients assume full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or deliberate damage to rental items—including inflatable nightclub fabric, structural frames, audio controllers, speakers, and lighting rigs—caused by guests, attendees, or venue staff during the hire period.

Any reckless behavior near fragile equipment or the inflatable structure will result in repair or replacement charges billed directly to the event organizer.

Clients and event organizers are entirely responsible for securing all necessary council permits, public space approvals, and venue permissions if the inflatable nightclub setup is hosted in a public space, park, beach, or wharf. Cove Events holds no liability for council fines, shutdowns, or permissions.

Furthermore, all noise complaints, sound level restrictions, and venue compliance issues regarding music output are strictly the responsibility of the event organizer.

Cove Events shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, damages, or disappointments arising from unexpected equipment failures, venue power outages, or major disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to a refund of the monies paid for the specific affected services.
