Will an inflatable nightclub fit your event?
A few measurements and photos will help us check whether an inflatable nightclub will fit your backyard or venue. Work through this checklist as you plan your party.
You can start an enquiry with just your date and suburb. Before you book, we will check the space, access, anchoring and power with you.
1. Measure the space and photograph it
For Cove’s 10 × 6 metre inflatable nightclub, allow a flat setup area of at least 11 × 7 metres with 5 metres of clear height. Measure clear of trees, fences and overhead obstructions. We will check the anchoring and equipment layout with you before confirming the site.

Share this checklist or measured plan with your venue or anyone helping you organise the party. If you’re unsure about the space, get in touch.
2. Check the delivery route
Take photos of the route from the delivery point to the setup area, including gates, stairs and narrow passages. Measure any tight spots and let us know about vehicle access or delivery time restrictions.
3. Describe the ground surface
Is the area grass, concrete or a mix? Show us any slopes, uneven sections or places where water pools. We will check how the tent can be anchored before confirming the site.
4. Show the power access
The blower needs a power supply, and sound and lighting need power too. Show us the available outlets and how far they are from the tent. We will confirm what is needed for your package; one outlet may not be enough for everything.
5. Plan the guest layout
The tent accommodates around 50–75 guests, depending on the layout and equipment inside. Tell us your guest numbers and what else needs to fit, including any DJ setup. Keep entrances and exits clear and leave space outside for food and seating.
6. Confirm timing and weather arrangements
Let us know when the party starts and finishes, and when we can set up and collect. We will discuss weather plans and confirm whether conditions allow the equipment to operate. Read the tent hire terms before booking.
Summer parties and cooling
For a daytime or summer party, plan somewhere guests can sit and take a break. Air conditioning is not included in the standard package. If you would like cooling equipment, ask before booking so we can check the options, power needs, installation and extra cost.
Overnight hire and next day access
Want the tent to stay overnight? Let us know when you enquire and check that your venue allows it. We will agree the hire period, power arrangements and collection time with you in writing. Late night and next day collection can have different costs.
7. Compare the whole quote
The speaker and lighting package starts from $650 AUD. Your quote will list the equipment, hire period, delivery, setup, collection and any bond or conditions, so you can see the full cost before booking. Compare the nightclub packages and starting prices.
