REQUIREMENTS
TOTAL SPACE
The structure is 10x6 metres and stands 5 metres high. We need a flat area of at least 11x7 metres. This provides enough clearance for a safe and professional setup.
SECURING THE UNIT
A flat grassy area is the best for our hire equipment. We drill into the ground to keep the unit secure. If the surface is hard, we use heavy sand bags instead.
SITE ACCESS & POWER
We need a wide, clear path for delivery. Please notify us of any stairs or tight gates. We also require a standard power outlet to run your party equipment.
SECURITY BOND
We require a security bond for high risk occasions. This includes birthday parties for teenagers, 18th birthdays, and 21st celebrations to protect the equipment.

Your safety is our priority. We closely monitor forecasts leading up to your event. A final safety decision is made by our team based on projected local conditions to ensure a secure experience for your guests.
- HEAVY RAIN: While water-resistant, excessive downpours can cause inflatable structures to become heavy. Operation is not recommended during persistent heavy rain.
- HIGH WINDS: Wind is our primary safety concern as marquees can catch gusts easily. We do not setup if wind speeds exceed safe operational limits.
If a cancellation is required due to safety, your bond deposit is 100% transferable to a new available date across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast.

How do you secure the unit into the ground?
We secure the structure by drilling into the ground at the corners. This process is very discrete and uses a small 4mm bit. It does not leave a visible hole in your turf. If your setup is on a hard surface where drilling is not an option we use heavy sand bags to keep the unit stable.
Can you provide lighting audio and furniture?
The base hire price is for the inflatable structure only. We offer several extras to complete your event. We can provide professional lighting and high output audio as add on packages. Our team can also coordinate other needs like tables and chairs to help with your backyard transformation.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor the local forecast leading up to your booking. While the structures offer some protection we do not operate in heavy rain or high winds for safety reasons. If we must cancel due to the weather your deposit is 100% transferable to a new available date in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

How much space do I need to clear?
The inflatable marquee is 10x6 metres in size. We require a total flat area of 11x7 metres. This extra meter of space around the unit allows our team to complete the setup safely. The structure stands 5 metres tall so please ensure there are no low hanging branches or wires above the site.
When is the security bond returned?
A bond is required for high risk occasions such as 18th and 21st birthday parties. We take videos of all gear working perfectly during the setup and before we leave the site. Your bond is returned during the pack down the next morning as long as all equipment is in the same working order as left.
