A dance space for your hinterland party
Our black inflatable nightclub is approximately 10 × 6 metres. It creates a defined space for music and dancing without treating the rest of your property as the dance floor. For an 18th, 21st or another private celebration, think about how guests will move between the tent, food, seating and amenities.
The indicative 50–75 guest layout depends on the equipment and event arrangement. Food, seating, furniture and decorations are separate unless listed in your quote. Browse the Cove gallery for actual setup examples, then tell us which elements interest you.
Package options and starting prices
Speaker, lights and smoke — from $650 AUD
Includes the structure, Bluetooth speaker, party lights and smoke machine, with setup and pack down. Optional DJ hire and upgraded speakers are individually quoted.
Delivery is additional. Your quote confirms the hire period, transport, collection, selected equipment and bond. Check the current starting prices and nightclub hire terms before confirming.
Nambour and Maroochy hinterland coverage
Send an enquiry for Nambour, Burnside, Rosemount, Palmwoods or Woombye. We also assess nearby Yandina, Bridges, Bli Bli and Maroochy River locations. These areas cover a mix of residential and larger properties, so a town name alone does not confirm access or delivery cost.
For another Sunshine Coast hinterland location, send the suburb and event date rather than assuming it is outside the area. We will check the route and whether the delivery and collection schedule can work. For southern Coast planning, see our Caloundra and Kawana nightclub hire information.
Compare your setup area with the hire requirements
Allow around 11 × 7 metres of clear space and 5 metres of overhead clearance, with final suitability assessed by Cove. A large property can still have an unsuitable setup spot if the area is sloped, obstructed or difficult to reach.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to compare.
| Your site | What needs checking | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Clear lawn or yard | Around 11 × 7 m of clear setup space and 5 m overhead clearance; surface and anchoring approval | Measurements and photos of the full setup area |
| Sloping or uneven ground | Suitability of the actual position, rather than the size of the property | Photos from two directions showing the slope |
| Narrow or restricted access | Gates, stairs, driveway gradients and the route to the setup spot | Narrowest access measurement and photos |
| Power and collection | Blower supply during use, entertainment equipment and an agreed return window | Power location, party finish time and access restrictions |
Use the site preparation checklist for the remaining details. Any generator or additional equipment must be agreed in the quote.
Arrange collection before the party starts
For an overnight event, agree when we can return and keep the access and setup area available for pack down. Mention locked gates, shared driveways and venue opening hours at enquiry stage. Same-night removal depends on the event schedule and must be confirmed separately.
Nambour-area hire questions
How much does inflatable party tent hire cost?
Cove’s inflatable nightclub starts from $550 AUD for the structure, or $650 AUD with a Bluetooth speaker, party lights and smoke machine. Both include setup and pack down. Delivery is additional. Marquees and gazebos are different products; compare the supplier’s layout and full quote using our tent versus marquee guide.
Does a larger rural property mean the tent is suitable?
No. The usable surface, clear dimensions, overhead space, anchoring, power and equipment access all need checking. Send site photos so we can assess the actual position.
Can I use my own playlist?
The speaker package includes a Bluetooth speaker. Discuss your playback device and event plan with us; a DJ or upgraded sound is a separate quoted option.
What if the forecast changes?
Discuss the weather plan before booking and keep in touch if conditions change. We assess whether the planned installation remains suitable; an inflatable nightclub is not an all-weather guarantee.
