The structure is approximately 10 × 6 metres. Allow around 11 × 7 metres of clear setup space and 5 metres of overhead clearance, then confirm the site with us. The indicative 50–75 guest arrangement depends on equipment and layout; it is not a promise that every yard or guest plan will fit.

For a compact residential block, measure the usable area between fences, garden beds and buildings rather than the whole yard. Send photos showing the ground, the narrowest access point and anything overhead. Mention slopes, paving, stairs, pools and any shared access. We check the proposed surface and anchoring before confirming.

The blower needs power while the structure is in use, and entertainment equipment adds its own requirements. Let us know where the power supply is. Review the setup checklist before organising your layout.

Plan delivery and collection together

Tell us when guests arrive, when the party finishes and when the setup area will be accessible. Overnight hire needs an agreed collection window as well as the delivery booking. Keep the access route available for pack down; a late finish does not automatically include same-night collection.
