Yes, we require a $200 security bond. This is refunded on pick up, provided everything is in working order and collected in the same condition it was delivered.

To ensure a safe and smooth setup, we require the following:

• Space: A clear, flat area of at least 11m x 7m. If outdoors, it must be on grass for pegging.
• Clearance: Because the tent is inflatable, there must be no protruding objects (like tree branches, eaves, or sharp bushes) that could puncture the material.
• Power: Access to a standard power point within 20 metres of the setup location.

We handle the heavy lifting! Delivery, professional setup, and pack-down are included. We will coordinate a specific delivery time window with you prior to your event to ensure everything is ready to go.

The tent and electrical equipment are not waterproof. The booking is weather dependent, so if rain or high winds are forecast, we cannot set up for safety reasons. In these cases, we will offer a reschedule to a new date to ensure your event is safe and dry.
