COMMON QUESTIONS
CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC?
Absolutely. It’s your party! We discuss your music tastes prior to the event. You are welcome to provide a "Must Play" list and, more importantly, a "Do Not Play" list. We also take requests from guests on the night (if you allow it!).
DOES SETUP CUT INTO PLAY TIME?
No. Your 4-hour package is strictly for performance time. We arrive approximately 60–90 minutes early to load in, set up, and soundcheck. This setup time is completely free and included in the package.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM THE VENUE?
Our requirements are simple:
- Power: 1x standard power outlet within 10 metres of the DJ area.
- Space: Approx 3m x 2m of flat surface for the table and speakers.
- Shelter: If outdoors, we must be undercover (marquee or patio) to protect the equipment from sudden rain or direct sun.
CAN WE USE THE SMOKE MACHINE?
This depends on your venue. Some indoor venues have sensitive fire alarms that can be triggered by smoke/haze. Please check with your venue manager first! If smoke isn't allowed, we can focus more on the lighting effects instead.
